For safe side - dnt pay more than 10k or 20k. Do multiple transactions.

You will get. Do under 20k. You will get within 14 working days. If you do bigger trx, it may take longer. But points will be given.

Yes, will suggest you wait for another 5-10 days. But even if you complain they are not asking any Qs or explanations.
Think you got for a trx done on4th may. Some bigger trx like yours do take time.

1st date ko transaction karna he nahi chhaiye, kuch banks usko previous month k transaction me count kar lete hai and cashback limit lag jate hai.

Can't say whether it will be counted or not. In T&C however only these exclusions are mentioned.
