How long?

Transactions done between June 14-16

Checked on June 20 and found to have received

Points for MC credited within 2-4 days. But VISA takes longer at times

I mean there’s no logic to this madness. Indus gives points on some trx and does not give on others using the same combinations(payzapp with mc or paytm with visa).

The exclusions for indus debit cards are based on card type and not by account variant. So, select mc world or exclusive mc world should not make a difference.

But Pending wali nhi hai. Aaj phir se Pending chli gayi. Last time Failed hui thhi

Got the refund for a pending trx today. Did the tx on 19th evening.

I made a payment via SBI UNIPAY. Amount got deducted but SBI portal shown some session invalid error. The transaction is not even appearing in transaction list. Luckily I took a screenshot. Now how long it would take to process the refund?

You can tell them to add manually after 14 working days. I've not received points for 21st June Txn and 11th June but got points for 12th and 16th June txns. Also had to call them to credit the points for 31st May manually.
