I paid a 112K Yes bank credit card bill on 6th July through SBI unipay with my Indusind select debit card (Visa signature) Today, I've received 1560 points but it should have been around 3K points. I paid the bill in 3 transactions of 40K, 60K & 12K on the same day.

Can anyone explain how do they calculate the points? Should I contact cc and ask them about the missing points?

Strange problem with icici bbps. It is showing 0 bill for me, which is not true. Unipay, hdfc billpay, and other platforms all fetching 0 bill. Paying directly by NEFT only way now?

Is this issue sorted out for you? I am facing the same problem. Anyone else facing like this. Any solution?

Sbi dc update: Exclusion of wallet load trx from reward points from 1st May.

Points limit :Rs250 (or 1000 points) per trx and Rs 2500 per month.

Virtual cards will give rewards only on e-commerce.

Physical dc will give on all except account to wallet and account to account.

2x points on birthday month. But limit remains same.

No change in Reward rate: 0.25% (or 1% points x 0.25paise per point)

Payment received in hdfc card in the morning. So it takes 2 days to be credited.

All physical SBI DC have same reward structure as far as I know. Try it out.
