nahi bro, 2no jagah same hi merchant hoga. Backend 2no ka same hi h.

per mujhe nahi lag raha ki points milenge. HDFC wale purposely patch kiye h ye chiz.

Yeah I just did bill payment today to axis credit card and it is showing RENTALBBPSNO. How come ?

You can call customer care and ask the MCC sir this merchant name. Can you please ask and let us know?

pehle merchant BBPSBILLPAY report hota tha or ab RENTALBBPSNO ho raha h.

Kindly call customer care and ask for MCC for this transaction. Please update after asking

The change on HDFC bill pay has happened on or after 23rd July. The screenshot is for 18th July.

Ya, one person told - Paid Rs.5000 Axis cc bill on 21st July with platinum dc on HDFC bill pay portal. Didn't get 1% cb points

Merchant name was RENTALBBPSNO

Better to use alternative app/sites - SBI Unipay, Jio finance app and Canara Setu website.

Axis bank now live on BBPS, Soon all app will work.

Yes merchant name changed, but I already claimed 750rs this month can't say about the points..

IDFC is weird. Did 4 TXNs on Unipay in 3 days. Got points for only 1 which is also the last TXN, didn't get points for the first 3 TXNs. The merchant name is the same for all 4 and the category tag is also "Home expenses".

If RENTALBBPSNO has rental MCC i.e. 6513 then Millennia should give 2.5% as its not in the excluded MCC list. Platinum DC has an opposite list where it gives CB on only included MCCs.
