HDFC billpay will not fetch you points. Try on other websites.

I did on atal setu and unipay.

Great. So we can continue using Millenia as well on HDFC Billpay.

HDFC Billpay is a totally gone case now with MCC changed. Millennia DC also has exclusion list. Better shift to other alternatives.

This seems like a issue on your end. Clear cache and data of the app and try again after sometime. My transactions went through without any issues.

Even same issue for me as well.
Always getting payment declined --> I tried on diff dates like 26th July, 30th July .... --> but no luck.
