This is by far an apt thing to do…for INDUSIND SELECT DC’s (Visa n MC)
I did few transactions in last few days of months and asked IndusInd to credit my loss due to their wrong calculations

They gave me their calculations excel and in that I was surprised to see that even the BBPS payment done on last 2-3 days of month were considered in next months calculations because of its settlement date. 📆

I lost around 3000 RP’s due to this… 🫣

Please take care people….
1. Don’t do a transaction on last 3 days of any month - u won’t get accelerated RP’s. In fact it will be considered as fresh transactions for next month
2. Keep a gap of 8-10 days between 2 payments if amount is less than 40k.
3. SBI Unipay works flawlessly. Don’t use Cred, Jio…

Ya, wait 1-2 weeks, SBI card removed the processing transaction and you will get refund in your hdfc bank account.

@Abhishek012 I haven't received the refund for the bill pay transaction using hdfc card on 5th November made using https://billpay.setu.co
It's still showing as processing. Amount deducted not credited to card account.

The complaint through this site doesn't work and canara bank customer care has no clue regarding this bill pay facility. My money is stuck. Suggest way. Has anyone else face similar issue?
