I am not using lazypay account so I am thinking to close it because I am 20 years today so I have not got lazypay rbl card So can someone tell me that if I close this account my cibil will be down which is 778 now and the account is 9 months old.

Yes they will. And they will process the closure request right after a confirmation mail. I processed the closure via mail a week ago. Please don’t forget to check your spam folder as well.

Thanks, it worked, hopefully. They responded, asked me whether I plan to deactivate my account or delete it permanently, I told them to delete it permanently. Received a feedback call, but let's hope they closed it properly.

LazyPay sends NOC without Payu Finance Loan account number, you have to request payu to send proper NOC where payu Loan account number is mentioned.

I actually a NOC pretty much right after their confirmation for permanently deleting my account.

Yup really quick they asked for confirmation for deactivation. I said to completely close the account. They closed the same and provided the NOC within 3 hours
