Legend CC Upgrade to Eazydiner Signature or EazyDiner Platium

Dear Members,
I have been talking to Indusind Bank regarding Upgrade from my Legend CC to any other IndusInd bank credit card. Finally i have received and email from them. They are upgrading my card to Eazydiner Signature or Platium.
I want to ask the fellow members, is it worth to upgrade to any of them? And secondly they were saying that annual fee of Eazydiner Signature card can be wave off if i spend Rs.75000 in previous year, I couldn’t find this waveoff criteria on their website though. Please check the ss attached.

tbh indusind cc are 😂 dumb af xD they dont see properly and write anything xD

like my card i got around feb 2024 and the card anniversary yr is feb 2025 xD but when i asked by when i need to spend they told needs to be done by nov 2025. 😂😂 see the ss attached xD
