I am planning to buy an LG 1.5 Ton 5-star AC and have a few queries regarding the warranty:
- LG provides two free services within the one-year comprehensive warranty when purchased online from the LG website. Will the same benefit apply if I purchase from an offline store?
- If I buy from Reliance Digital, will LG still handle the service during the warranty period? The store representative mentioned that if I purchase from Reliance Digital, service requests must be raised through the ResQ app, and Reliance will handle the service instead of LG. He also mentioned that there are no free services included, and I would need to pay for them. Can any1 pls confirm if this is correct?
