Life Time Free (LTF) HDFC Pixel Play Credit Card

Today in my payzapp app i found banner mentioning life time free hdfc pixel card and applied. I got the card but how to check if my card is lifetime free or not. Anyone else got the offer?

Edit: finally received the reply from payzapp support and they said i am eligible for life time free card.

you'll have to ask hdfc team for that if they allow it or not!

When you change theme in the card settings, it provides you the option to order Physical Rupay as well 🤓 don't know whether there are any charges for this or not

For visa variant the card is offered in virtual form or both? For both rupay and visa variant card is offered in virtual form for both? What are the charges applicable for physical form? Which one is better- visa or both visa and rupay variant?

Same error while transferring limit! "Something went wrong. Don't worry Please try again". Take a photo of that error with another phone and on that same page there is a ❓in top right. Raise a ticket from there and upload the screenshot there. They will give some useless reply since the team is not competent enough to do anything right, they can't even design a problem-free credit card application process. Then screenshot that correspondence with PayZapp and complain to RBI that CIBIL enquiry and CRIF was done and application process is broken. You will get ₹1000 voucher and the entry deleted from your CIBIL and a phone call with apology. Repeat this until they fix this and grant you a lifetime free Pixel card after fixing the error.

I select TataNeu to split my limit as I was anyways going to close it next month but to my surprise they reduced the limit of my Millenia as well. I selected the max possible limit while splitting and now my Millenia limit is also down by 50% FML 😭

I select TataNeu to split my limit as I was anyways going to close it next month but to my surprise they reduced the limit of my Millenia as well. I selected the max possible limit while splitting and now my Millenia limit is also down by 50% FML 😭

Because they had shared limit. HDFC always gives new cards as floater card with shared limit. Pixel play is the only one I can see with split limit.

If you choose any one, you'll get that in both virtual and physical form. If you want both Visa and Rupay, Visa will be physical + virtual and Rupay will be just virtual.

it is already mentioned in FAQ. Why you transferred 50% for that useless card 😂 😂 Tata nue is already sharing the limit with Millenia so both reduced.

Ok, so my Pixel Play card is LTF. Email after application shown annual fees 500 but I raised ticket in payzapp and they confirmed LTF

Btw in case they fix the error, how much limit should I allot guys and gals? Any suggestions? I've just 1.88L limit. I think 25K should be not too much and also not too less (in case there's a discount on a phone purchase or air tickets with Pixel card). Will still have 1.63L limit on other HDFC cards (core, Neu and Swiggy)

I also got virtual LTF Pixel Play VISA and RuPay cards.
Customer card confirm that it is LTF.

Does both the cards (Visa and Virtual Rupay card) gives combined statement or different? Is cash back capping is limited to 1 card or both the cards?
