This card is now being offered for free. It's a limited-time offer. If you apply for the credit card before February 15th, 2024, you'll be offered a lifetime free AU IXIGO credit card.

However, the main issue is that AU Small Finance Bank is not issuing a second credit card. So, if you already have a credit card with AU Bank, you cannot apply for this card. I think AU Small Bank should consider issuing a second card, otherwise, launching a co-branded card will not make sense.
For example, HDFC Bank used to issue only one card, but recently, they changed their policy, and now they are issuing multiple co-branded cards. I hope AU Small Finance Bank will also consider adopting a similar approach.

Aadhar has my home address, if you are self-employed then you can mention that otherwise they will verify your office email address these guys are very strict with office email if you say you are working hybrid then they won't accept (initially happened with me) later I had escalated for my application rejection reason in twitter and asked for specific reason stating that I will further escalate it to RBI then only they called me informed me mostly hybrid applications they are not accepting and asked me to put work from home in the email.

Guys ixigo app still shows card rejected there is no lead id found in au bank but still app shows apply after 180 days it's more than 8 months after rejection now to apply for this card it's still showing same

Check with a different number in the Ixigo App. After getting the card change your phone number

Office Address and for residential proof you can give utility bill/rent agreement if asked. For me they did both office & home address verification

You can mail and ask them to delete the Lead ID if at all present with the screenshots from Ixigo app, they should probably do it. Once it is done, apply again and it will go through.

I already have AU Ixigo but when I tried applying AU Zenith+, I got this error -

MOBILE NUMBER AND PAN NUMBER IS ALREADY USE AND LEAD STATUS IS REJECTED

On checking with them, found out that AU bank only allows a combination of same mobile number and PAN for any credit card. My friend was trying to apply AU Ixigo and got rejected, and when he tried applying AU Zenith+, he also got the same error above.
