Limit Increase offer on IDFC

IDFC first is giving Credit card limit enhancement. Whatapp massage received for the same in one card but not received for another.
But sent "LIMIT INCREASE" on other card also and received confirmation.

they are such JERKS IDFC.. i asked for an LE last week.. sent all my docs.. have 800+ cibil and they denied it.. and 3 days later they are increasing on whatsapp.. i also sent message on WA and limit increase is approved by 2L..useless bank

How do I check if I am eligible for CL increase offer? Can I check in idfc app? I don't have a WhatsApp number with the number registered with my select CC, can I still check for CL increase offer using WhatsApp?
