Limit required for all axis pre approved card offers?

I want to know if the pre approved card offers from axis is determined by the current limit or the spends? I had a limit of 42k and was offered only 6 entry level pre approved cards.

For Axis Atlas you need min. 55k. Asked this from axis
I had 60k limit in my axis ace and got approved for atlas.

i have pre approved airtel on all networks , but since I have already coral , axis iocl, indus on rupay network should I chose mastercard over rupay?

My wife has only 40k limit in neo. N i can see many preaproved offers.
So its not related to limit

Your wife must be having 6-7 pre approved cards most of which have annual fees of 500 and only one card with 1000 annual fees. I was only getting basic cards but when my limit increased to 94k I had option for all cards except magnus.

I had 60k limit in my axis ace and got approved for atlas.

I was getting upgrade offer from myzone to atlas. I have 32k limit merged in myzone and airtel.

It had life time free cards also. I don't remember exactly which card bt many. I ws nt interested so closed. Currently she hs neo ltf dat too she never use.
