Live+ Cashback Dispute

My bill cycle of this Live+ is on 12th. I did only transaction on 8th July for 10K which falls under 10% CB (MCC confirmed by cust support) category. Today, I recieved a notification stating that ₹786 has been credited as Reward points. Should I consider this as Cashback? If yes, anyone else who had faced the same issue of receiving lower amount of cashback than the original amount?

Anyways, most of the CC settle 1st month CB in 2nd month statement. Lookout for upcoming statement, meanwhile connect with customer care to understand the scenario better.

There are lot of issues with this card, after using for almost 5 months now, i can say the CB keep varying.
I once kept track to recieve 1.2k CB but received only 900
Yet to figure out how they calculate
They don't show CB for each transaction

Customer care clarified that this Rewards credit is not cashback. But they have no clue what this is. First cashback will be credited 30-45 after statement generation

Rewards is cashback for statement ending in August. If the amount is incorrect, pending CB will be posted after September statement. From September statement, correct CB will be posted as rewards credit 1 day after statement generation

Cashback is cashback for statement ending in July
