loan against CC and e-nach issue

I have a loan against CC from Indusind and the payment link sent by them for 1st EMI says no EMI due. EMI due date is tomorrow. So I am unable to pay. I have mailed them but they are dead slow.

I created a e-nach yesterday to be on the safe side if this issue persisted.

Now e-nach is enabled or not I haven’t received a confirmation from my bank (SBI). I cant see e-nach in net banking anywhere.

EMI is due tomorrow. What can I do to resolve this pls suggest.

Yes you can pay I also took from standard chartered bank I always pay via neft . Amount credit within 2 hour in my credit card ( loan) account

Please connect with customer support for loan account number and IFSC code ( there is defferent IFSC code for credit card or loan account payment ( in my case my loan account number was my 16 digit credit card number and IFSC code was find in website and customer support)

Customer care person will confirm the account no. And IFSC code also for NEFT

i paid emi manually after waiting till 1. and unfortunately there was a NACH debit too
Now what do to? Will manual payment be reversed?
Its virtually impossible to talk to indusind bank customer care people
