Yes I mean you can trust them. I opened the savings account under their privilege program about 1-1.5 years ago and haven't really maintained MAB, yet no charges deducted and also I haven't been downgraded.

There's no official information mentioned about lifetime zero MAB, but you'll definitely find that under privilege program MAB is zero. So as long as you are part of the privilege program you ain't required to maintain MAB and they don't downgrade you...... I mean as far as my experience goes, I haven't been downgraded yet so yesss
