Looking for Suggestions for my New Credit Card

Dear Technofino members, I am new to technofino community and requesting some help on applying for my first credit card. I have an annual CTC of 36L. I read the post related to guidelines and summarized the following as my spending categories and cards I am holding. I am also open to suggestions if I need to discontinue a card and apply a new one.

Amazon - 5k
Flipkart - 10K
Swiggy/Zomato - 5K
Fuel - 10K (Using Axis bank Indian oil card)
Offline Grocery - 10K
Bills - 6k
Insurance - 5L/Year
Airline Tickets - 2L/Year
Hotel - 50k/Y

Preferred Redemption - Miles or Points for Tickets

Existing Cards
Indian Oil Axis bank - Use for Fuel only + Lounge Access
Tata Neu HDFC Card - For Big Basket, 1MG (Got couple of weeks ago)
Kotak Zen Rewards Card - No annual fee, keeping it for lounge access without any cost

The HDFC Bank RM is saying for Diners Black one needs 2.5L per month in hand salary.
