Looking to purchase ac on reliance digital with sbi cashback credit cardi

Hi all,

As per reliance terms and conditions instant discount is not valid but I'm getting discount on my card. Will the bank or reliance reverse the discount? And what about the cashback amount?

Don't purchase AC (which needs maintanence obviously) from reliance store/site. These are dumb****s.

Once you purchase from them, brand will say reliance will give warranty & service. But reliance won't give you service (maintanence - 3 service free in a warranty period) & charge money on their app.

You'll be stuck in loop. I'm also facing this. I'm suggesting you to buy from somewhere else, atleast brand will take responsibility.

Carrier. But other brands will also have same thing if you buy from reliance.

So boycott reliance just for sake of 1-2k discount atleast in appliances.

I also don't trust reliance store. Purchased hp laptop from them which stopped working next day. Now it's 1year+ and is in very bad condition. It may die at any time. My friend also purchased same laptop from same store at arround same time. It's mother board is gone.
But same laptop variant purchased from hp store running smoothly for more than 2 years.

So, big discount in reliance bulati hai magar jaane ka nhi.

Buy from reliance and get the installation done through brand?

Reliance offers free installation that is done by their resq team and then brands will cry saying installation not done through our official service center

If you buy from reliance, only resq team will install the AC. I contacted brand on purchase but they said reliance will do the installation.

I purchased from Reliance digital and didnt face any issue. This also depends on the location and availability of skilled workers. I purchased 2 Daikin ACs, one from tatacliq where the technician came from the brand directly. I felt the technician from reliance did a better job compared to the brand technician. So, it all depends on various factors.
