No idea bro. The best card for upi spends as per consensus at TF is HDFC Tata neu.
HDFC gives secured credit cards. But do they issue tata neu card as securedcard, I don’t know…

I have kotak dream diffrent fd card of 5k fd
I got 4.5k limit on that card
