I got it from agent in maharashtra though i reside in ahmedabad got it on my wife's name for car which is on my mother's name and got sbi cashback card is on ky wife name who is home maker though we show some farming income on her but sbi is crazzy not to offer me a card and giving my wife's 4 lac limit literally as she holds card for 3 years now and i am 6 figure salary earner

Just SBI things...but according to my experience...actually sometimes bank offers higher limit to the customers in the hope of default because of low income... it's the tactics of them heavily followed by SBI and axis specifically...

I think Netflix comes under some kind of utility. MCC is 4899. Therefore, you didn't get cashback.
