As expected, this too, DOES NOT WORK.

After entering the DC details n the OTP, it throws out an error message.

HDFC is HDFC. NOTHING WORKS IN THE EXPECTED WAY.

Same for me but if you click on cards you'll see 2 visits on debit card and unlimited visits are because of CC. In my case infinia.

After seeing this post and checking on the website link provided, I discovered that I have HDFC Preferred Platinum Debit Card 😄. Didn't know that previously neither from bank nor from card. Though on my card it's still written as easyshop Platinum debit card 🙃 LOL 😆.

All Platinum cards are same - Imperia/Preferred/Classic or Easyshop Platinum with not much difference 🙂

It's because you have added Infinia or other credit card already to the portal. Go in Cards and then check details of platinum DC. It will shows as 2 per quarter.

Is your card new? Complimentary access is usually provided with new cards. The second reason could be that the link or site you’re using might still be in the testing phase, so some errors may occur at this time.
