Lounge Access for International departures from India

Earlier I used to use Niyo Global for getting lounge access at International terminals for flights departing from India.
Now that Niyo has been devalued (requires 50k worth of POS/Ecom transactions overseas for access), is there an alternative that I can turn to for lounge access?

Rupay platinum & Select cards offered from various banks having valid lounge access are better alternative.
