I am not sure, I couldn't find any information on the website but the table shows its for both Primary and add on for Pinnacle

Yep, no issues. Btw, its 1 lounge / Quarter, so technically addon not required for domestic but it works. PriorityPass can be utilized with addon because 2 lounge visits, same applicable for Crest, Indulge (including addon). Indus addons get same benefits as primary.
