Last time i mailed for upgrade they told me that minimum limit required for eterna upgrade is 2L.. wheni asked to increase limit.. they told me that they review limit increase once in 12 months

BOB Cards is weird... I saw an official tweet from BOB Cards that they were giving Premier cc as ltf and applied for the same last year. The application got stuck at verification pending. I did all the necessities from my side including vkyc and documents upload. It was pending for like 2-3 months then I started emailing them and all they ever asked was all the documents already uploaded, I sent them the documents like 4 times then I let it go and went to a BOB branch that is just 10 metres away from my home and the Bob cards agent there told me "online application ka offline verification nahi hoga, aap dobara apply kijiye offline" and fortunately for them no card was available as ltf when applied offline.
