Some people are saying, they are not asking for any address proof. in your case, when did they ask you for current address proof? during the vkyc or when?

I was talking about last year for premier no idea about this year.

Given the drama involved, I've decided to skip the hassle of closing my RuPay Premier CC, then getting PAN removed and apply fresh ... reason behind is the efforts required and the second reason is, there's no surity that even after all this, bob may reject my application on any ground and after all this drama, I'll be left with no bob CC and an inquiry in credit bureau reports

If there's any better way to get Eterna LTF from Premier LTF, please let me know ... even an agent would do ... city is Patna

When did you take BOB Card ?
When did you close ?
When they removed your pan from data base so that you can re apply fresh ?
What is cooling period if we close BOB Card when we can apply

Actually I have BOB easy with limit 68k only for 4 years no upgarde till date

How much time did it took for you to remove PAN details? They said me to wait for 30 days post card closure.

Did you tried applying online and see if you're not getting any errors?

I did applied and it took 3 days post VKYC to issue the BOBCARD.

I can see the card in the app, however, there is no further notification on email or sms about card dispatch.

My application Approved and yesterday I received SMS about that. App showing the Card details.

May be BOB is bringing another super premium card, otherwise how can a Premium Card is given to these many people for LTF

And it only came with 2,00,000 Credit Limit. How come Premium Cards has such low limits

If I've to take a chance, I'll have to take it as soon as possible ... because my statement generation happens on 15th of every month ... I've heard PAN gets removed only after statement generation ... if I push all of this to December ... then it would be quite late.

In any of the case, please update me over DM as soon as you get any breakthrough.

I closed my card on 16 Oct.
Bill was generated on 5 nov.
Sent mail to remove PAN on 5 itself.
Did not got any reply so send an escalation email on 10 Nov but receive reply for earlier email (5 Nov) that PAN is removed.
They asked to wait for 2-3 days before re applying.
Also waiting for escalation ticket to be closed before re applying.
I am doing offline and not online.

I called customer care & closed it. Have done it couple of times.

My CC statement generation date is 15th of every month ... if I close my card today ... when can I get PAN removed?

Since I hadn't spent on my Premier CC ... no statement would be emailed ... what would be the correct date to initiate PAN removal.

I'm thinking of taking a chance, hoping I get the Eterna CC LTF.
