After application submission it is showing as vkyc under review . Did something similar happened with you as well ?. How long it took to get approval , post application submission?

Yes, I got this response

"We would like to inform you that your card account was closed recently on Oct 20, 2025. Kindly apply again after the billing cycle (30days)."

I did applied and it took 3 days post VKYC to issue the BOBCARD.

I can see the card in the app, however, there is no further notification on email or sms about card dispatch.

Received Eterna today. Glad to see that they have yet not degraded the welcome kit. Still comes in the box. 🙂

It came in the box similar to IDFC Wealth/ SBI Aurum/ etc.

Did The VKYC Same Day !
But He Still doesn't receive any Application Number
He Only Received the CC Application PDF in the Mail
He Is NTB

How can he get CC Application Number?

Yes, Thats what I was saying.

we get 3.75% using card no & otp payment method + milestone benefits on both VISA and Rupay

Whereas, on Rupay we get , via UPI 0.75% (not 3.75%) + milestone benefits. which is not available on VISA.

so, Rupay is better in terms on Reward rate atleast.

if he applied via online link, ask him to login to the same link - if the virtual card is generated it'll be shown there
