+1. Last few days I am searching for reasons to apply for this card. It will not make any difference. Just one more card in my stack.

Reasons that I am not interested in this card:

• Rupay JCB offer is not exciting me (no plans of traveling to south east asia)
• Unlimited lounge access (have many other cards, no need of unlimited)
• Delhi T3 arrival lounge access (who knows when I will visit Delhi)
• Reward points (not attractive)

Why else should I apply for this?

• Visa infinite variant offers (maybe but not compelling)

I know of only one benefit, BOGO on BookMyShow on movie ticket upto Rs. 300 and upto Rs. 500 on non-movie ticket along with Rs. 200 off on food and beverages booked at the time of booking tickets. This particular benefit is rarest to avail as I never got the chance to even make use of it.

The only reason I am interested in this card is for the return it offers on international transactions (not great but better than most). And the BMS BOGO on Visa Infinite. But it is worth it only if it is available LTF.

Eterna Application Experience for my wife (NTB)

Applied for the BOB Eterna LTF credit card on 12th November evening through cred link. Filled in personal (communication address different from aadhaar) and employment details (Entered salary as 12L , actual>12). All the cards except Tiara were shown as LTF. Chose Eterna and got Visa & Rupay variants, went with the Eterna Rupay. Completed Aadhaar verification via DigiLocker.

Faced a minor issue with vKYC on Wi-Fi (location not detected) but it worked smoothly on mobile data (waiting time was very long). Completed the vkyc process successfully but did not receive any confirmation message or email.

The next day, received an email to complete the pending application, had to e-sign the application. After which got confirmation that the application was submitted and kyc under review. Within an hour, received an SMS that the card is generated. It was very smooth and seamless card application experience with BOB with approval and card generation in less than 24 hrs.

I was told during vkyc that within 3-4 hours application will be approved and card will be generated but nothing happened till now. I applied on 13 nov and till now kyc under review

Bob card has botched up. They have approved the bob easy rupay card instead of Eterna on visa infinite variant. Got to know when I logged into the app after receiving card approved message. Have dropped an email to crm team. Lets see how it goes. Any one else faced this issue?

When I applied on 13 nov online for BON eterna I was only shown choice between MasterCard and Rupay to choose. Can anyone tell me why so? Did anyone got same while applying online,?

I had submitted offline around 15 Oct...but there was no movement on the status. The branch card staff was also not receiving calls.
Escalated and complained to the branch staff, then I was told that it is on hold, and they are avaiting approval for all the LTF applications (looked like an excuse only).... meanwhile I checked applying online after 15-20 days, and I was getting error "Oops, your previous application has expired, please wait 25 days before reapplying"

Dont know if they have messed up my application or it's due to me holding an add-on card (gave my pan back then).

Escalated to mail and NO, they did not reply anything... ijust started rep;ying reminder 1, reminder 2.......and received a call yesterday that approval is received, please share latest month payslip and then they will process. I told not interested as my address has changed, plus BOB guys vanish after taking the documents..... I was offered to apply online through their tab for faster procesing with new address. I told him angrily that i dont have trust, I will not share anything on whatsapp.... The other person now saying he will come to my home and login to my mobile/system using BOB branch login and process (so as to prevent my data privacy issues).

meanwhile I checked online, and I can still see the same error mentioning to wait for 15 days before re-applying.

I have done esign already but then also next day 14 November I received email to complete the application when I clicked the url link and verified my mobile number then it showed me that kyc under review.
