LTF DCB under Classic banking program

Hi everyone, I recently got upgraded to HDFC classic banking and I'm using Millenia credit card since August with 3L limit. I requested my RM for credit card upgrade and he asked the bank team for the same.

So today I received a call and I asked for DCB, my salary eligibility was getting fulfilled but they were not getting convinced under LTF. Is there any way I can get DCB Lifetime free? My university is not listed else I'd have applied under alumini program.

Although if I upgrade I'll get first year free anyway, but what after that? I don't want to pay 10k for a card. Should I go for Regalia LTF (they agreed for that)? Or any other card better than Millenia which they'll agree to give LTF?

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Where did you check the list of universities? There are multiple lists and they're being frequently updated.

im also trying to get dcp-> DCB but they're not paying heed.

Regalia also is good no? 3 lounge visits per qtr and same rewards as DCP ?

I just got the list from somewhere on Technofino community. My university was not listed there. 10k nai dena bro, already Magnus hai 🥹

If I get it as LTF then only will take. But seems they stopped giving DCB as LTF apart from alumini program.

Regalia is good but Millenia is better as we're getting same reward rate but in terms of direct cashback. For domestic and intl lounge Magnus has that unlimited

You might have redeemed some reward points, if not then they shouldn't be applicable

I have not redeemed any points. I purchased vouchers two times in April 2023 that’s it. They have sent this email when enquired.
