I mean, I got the voucher for my LTF card, but voucher is invalid. When I mailed customer care, they are saying it is applicable only for non LTF card. That's crazy

Finally got the correct number from customer care.

Just last digit is different, Pin is also same.

You can try 0-9 in last digit of urs and ask customer care again.

Recieved Mine, although no mention of LTF on the letter received, when clicked on welcome mail Click Here Hyperlink got an 404 error. Called customer care as I hold a Wealth Management relationship, executive confirmed that both are LTF, asked her to drop a mail, got confirmation on mail as well.

Don't do that. Close platinum after you get LTF Sapphiro. People have been given Sapphiro card tagged with fee. If you close Platinum before getting the Sapphiro you will loose a LTF card. Do it once you have Sapphiro in hand.

Well, that can be fixed but the bigger question is that of CL. If the platinum does not have a decent CL then probably closing it would be a better idea considering Sapphiro will most probably be issued with a higher limit. But if the platinum has low CL, the sapphiro will have the same limit on shared basis.

Nope, if CL is less than 3L then it will be increased to 3L post Sapphiro issuance
