I got the voucher today as well, but when i try to redeem, it is showing "enter valid card number". Were you able to redeem?

I got the mc+amex yesterday delivered yesterday along with dreamfolks card.
 
I spend 5000 within 30 days of activating my sapphiro amex card. today i received the sms containing my tata cliq gift card of 500 Rs.

i had my doubts since icici customer care being inconsistent with their promises, however still i was pleasantly surprised with unexpected arrival of the code.

but but but..... apparently the code sent by them is INVALID 😛


i checked , double checked and triple checked thereon, but yes its true.... absolutely shambolic.

agar nhi dena he bhai toh mat do....atleast incorrect code toh naa bhejo.

dropped a dm on twitter....lets see the response. but honestly i m too tired of it. unlike HDFC and their platform poshvine which is super awesome with respect to such redemption. ICICI is quite pathetic. i even asked for this offer to be activated on my card via email and they were unaware of it. only after i sent them T & C page, they reverted with confirmation

I also felt that the institute list is small as compared to the alumni program of HDFC which has about 120 colleges listed. So, I went to the branch and my PGDM college was listed there. Their actual list of the alumni program is pretty big. I would suggest you to go the branch and enquire. Their search is messed up, so if they don't find it through Ctrl+F, manually scroll or search by city or state.
I asked the guy for the list but he didn't want to share.
I would suggest everyone to go to the branch and find out as the list is expansive and a lot more colleges are there on it as compared to the onmline application links.

Hi bro even I have done my engineering from vit Vellore. Is vit applicable for ICICI sapphiro LTF under alumni program also did you get the card ?

I raised a ticked on saturday for the invalid tata cliq voucher and today got the response. Voucher is for only paid cards, LTF card holders won't get the voucher. In that case they should have at least not shared that invalid voucher, kills the experience. You got any response?

We request you scan the screen shots of voucher details in black and white, using a resolution of 300dpi and send the step-wise error screen shots in PDF or JPG format as attachments to customer.care@icicibank.com.

Pagal aa ye😂. Soft copy ko hard copy banao, then back to soft copy and then format change.
