LTF offers from banks in March 2023/2024

Can anyone confirm what banks issued what cards on LTF offer in March 2023? And any idea on which bank or what kind of cards will be offered in LTF in the upcoming March 2024?

I have plans to get:
SBI BPCL
SC Super Value Titanium
Tata Neu Infinity
Any IOCL card
Axis Ace and Airtel (probably won't be LTF)

If these have chances to be in LTF, I will wait.

Receive a paid SBI BPCL card, use it for one or two years, then submit a request for LTF. They will make it.
SC Titanium will not be included in the LTF, nevertheless, SC Platinum Rewards is currently available LTF.
Obtain the tata neu INFINITY FYF, then ask HDFC to make it LTF or wait for the next IPL.
Axis IOCL was LTF up until last month, i'm not sure if the offer is still active on Select Channel.

I had SBI Simply Save. I wanted it to make it LTF in the same way. They closed it. Now they are ready to re-issue it after explaining everything but not LTF, only as paid.

Trying for last few weeks, whichever number I try it shows "incorrect information please recheck". Visit three branches, no luck.
