Made payment for Axis CC using HDFC Rupay CC UPI

After seeing several people making credit card payments from Amazon using TATA Neu rupay card UPI, I also tried to do the same. Payment was successful, Amazon shows payment made to Axis Bank, Even on my Neu card, i got the reward point but the payment is still not reflecting in my axis card. Those who have made payments, can you please confirm if same issue was there for other too ?

It takes upto 2 days to reflect payment in Axis Bank. I paid Axis card dues many times through Amazon and it never settled instantly or same day

Don't worry, mostly it will credit today or tomorrow. Otherwise you can expect a refund 😐

No. Earlier also it took some time, about 2-3 days. And then limit was back to normal. But this time, 5 days done, (incl sat and sun), but limit is still not restored.

Whenever we pay Axis card dues through HDFC bill pay, it takes minimum 3 working days or normally 5 to 6 days.

So this is common

Wait for one more day and raise a complaint to Axis and Amazon

Thanks Bhai.. Also is there any way to verify if I had put correct card details while paying bill. Amazon only shows last 4 digit which matches my card. As far as I remember, I had mentioned correct card details, but incase someone puts wrong detail, fir kya hoga ?

If no credit card exists in those 16 numbers, money will be refunded. If someone holds that credit card which you paid by mistake, then customer care only can help you to get your money back.

I too had the same issue and doubt. As Amazon shows only last four digit after payment i had the same doubt. For that again i paid by entering credit card number and paid 1 rupee. After payment if we check the credit card paying page if there is only one axis card with last 4 digit then we paid to same card in both occassions. But if there are two cards with same four digits then we might have given wrong card number in first occasion. Axis Bank always reflects the credit transaction atleast 2 to 3 days.

Thanks Bhai. Payment was reflecting today with date 25th Feb. I was only worried because I had used credit card to pay another credit card bill, but now I can confirm that it works.

Yes exactly. Anyways, the payment is now reflecting, after 7 days (5 working days), I had raised issue with Axis yesterday, so that might have done the work. Previously I used Axis Liberty to pay all CC bill from Paytm (Card details are saved there permanently). But this time I tried to get NeuCoins from tata card hence used upi on amazon.

I tried making CC Payment using HDFC Rupay CC in Paytm. It was not accepted.
