Axis Magnus Magnus Burgundy points going to Edge pool

All the points earned by my Magnus Burgundy are going into the ordinary Edge pool since 29 Feb.
Hence my MB points are stuck at 100
So I cannot convert any points.

Customer care said software will be updated by 31 March 2024

Bucketing as well as old pending all will be cleared

I have 83 MB points and lots of points that went into regular edge pool. Now, I'm not able to transfer any points. Any way out? I need to transfer by December end before the cutoff for 2L per annum to group A.

Need to spend on magnus and cross 300 points and everything will be okay again

Once your balance crosses 300, use slide bar during redemption to choose all the points that you have, including non multiples of 300 and then you can start using edge pool as well.
