MAGNUS burgundy rejected.

I had a Magnus CC, and then I had upgraded to burgundy account a couple of months ago and I was maintaining the required TRV for Burgundy Magnus.
Burgundy RM asked me to cancel my Magnus card and apply fresh application of Burgundy Magnus, now that application is rejected and they don’t have any idea why it is being rejected.
Has someone had similar experience?

Did you get to know the reason ?? I cancelled my Magnus card today and going to apply for M4B next week .

They haven’t given me any reason till date, I have asked them for the same. Raised a complain with them.
