Its 1% + GST capped at 1500+GST(1.5L+). People with Reserve can earn still earn good points.

Magnus on 1L rent: 4.8%-1.18% = 3.62 reward rate
Reserve on 1L rent: 6%-1.18% = 4.82% reward rate
