Magnus for Burgundy Paid Upgrade - how to convert at 5:4 instead of 5:2

Hi all, While there are several related topics, have not been able to find a detailed and current step by step guide on the following.

I have 2 days back received the M4B (paid) card as an upgrade to my Magnus card. As I have a good number of Edge Reward points, I was hoping to convert them before April 20th, so that I have the full bracket for future conversions.

I have already activated and used the M4B card in the meanwhile for some payments.

However, when I go to traveledge for conversion, I am still getting 5:2 ratio. Can anyone guide how I can get 5:4 instead?

Yes. It made sense given the number of points I have.

Did you also have to maintain 10 lakhs / 30 L TRV to get M4B card?
