Magnus guest access to International Lounge

Hi,
I think Magnus provided 8 guest access to international lounges. Does this mean that the primary holder can bring a guest along 8 times a year? (As in primary holder must accompany)

You can use it in international terminal lounges in India. The domestic terminal lounges that I have used are from the approved list.
