Magnus : How long do payments made take to reflect?

Query is simple how long after the transaction has been done to they reflect/process

Example : Gyftr purchases from last 3/4 day (24th Feb) are still showing in process

Im about to make some large payments online (so i can try and get the 25k bonus for this month) today and am scared that they wont make this months milestone

Not sure whether axis consideration date of spending or settlement date
For milestone better to make spends before 25th always

But Amex is setting date I think
So planning to use my gold card for 1000 today and see it
Next month I do 5 each 1k txns and see if I get bonus points
