The closest approach to cash is to get Amazon Pay wallet credit by converting the points to Amazon Pay vouchers

Maybe sell flight tickets, hotel bookings or miles directly to prospective buyers. You would have to search for such platforms (sites like Desidime or FB/WA/TG groups) and also let us know if you find any good ones

Miles/hotel is best as it gives .8 value for 1 ER(Holding HNI card), the other ways are less, .2 value for 1ER

Amazon is the best way as @Copycat said , there is no Cash to Statement credit possible for AXIS ER.

The other one @TheMentalist mentioned is also risky if it is not through a known source who you are dealing with, so RISK is involved. not suggested.
