magnus not delivered

I have received the tracking details of Magnus card 4 days back and it was dispatched through Delhivery, while I was tracking through delhivery website it was asking me enter the mobile number to authenticate after entering it's showing "package doesn't belong to the user" custmer service of Axis is saying it will take minimum 10 working days to deliver the card, anyone faced this kind of issue?

Download the delhivery app and sign in using your phone number. Any incoming packages will automatically appear in the app, no tracking details are required to be entered.

I liked Delhivery courier compared to Bluedart. If you already have Delhivery app installed and someone sends a courier to you then you get updates in your app.
