Magnus points system, crossing 1L threshold

Hello,

I made a transaction at a hotel for 8.5L and I got 51k points for that particular transaction and a few days later, I paid the same amount of 8.5 towards my Magnus (Within the same statement cycle). However when I checked my statement, I did not get points for the above 1L monthly spend. Im a little confused, could someone explain me how the Magnus points system work?

It will be credited post 60 days.

25k points will be credited within 90 days. I think we need wait for 90 days before rising a complaint.

as @TheMentalist stated, the 1x is immediate (~few days to a week's time) but milestone is more like a retention sort of with any cards, so they give you after ~90 days in Magnus

Grabdeals/Voucher multiplier rewards also works in the similar way ~90-120 days for the multiplier points

Travel Edge portal multiplier gets credited faster is what few members shared(including multiplier)

That's all about regular and multiplier in Ax-Is/Magnus

They were Insurance and Government payment.
Havent received any reward points for the same.
Do we get points for Insurance and govt transactions.
I had received points for the same transactions with my Vistara Infinite card.

Yes, you get. When did you make the payments? They take some days to credit the points. Check in Edge rewards (Access it from Netbanking)

Only exceptions are Fuel and Wallet loading where we get no Edge rewards.

If you have mobile app setup for AXIS bank, check there when was the last ER processed for you (match it with which days CCard transaction of yours, then you will get an idea of earlier RP's you got or not. They process it at times immediate and at times 7-14days as well. No one know Ax-Is reward processing process.

i have made the payments before the statement was generated.
