My Accor transfer initiated on the 12th failed and I received an email about the failure on the 17th. Been trying to contact Travel Edge ever since then - mainly to ask about whether anything can be done to speed up the 15-20 day official timeline for refund of points, but of course, the single number for Travel Edge just serves up a message that says "All our agents are busy, blah. We will find one who will fail to solve your problem really quickly." Emails to Travel Edge fetch no responses. Ditto with emails to premium.experience. And the main Axis CC helpline people say they have no information and only Travel Edge can help. Classic.

Question now is if this is a premium experience we want to have. With so many variables, I have decided to stop using Axis Magnus and return back to the previous cards I had. Transferring points during a redemption rush will be a pain for us. Something will go wrong and customer support will be very poor. Let the dust settle and then we can use this if they retain the rewards structure.
 
Is magnus still recommended if monthly spend is below 1lakh?
If you are not eligible for Infinia then take Atlas along with Magnus.
Magnus for non-spend based rewards like Priority pass, meet & greet, eazydiner offers, BookMyShow offer etc (If you frequently use them and can get good value out of them)

and than there are no good offers that would make you spend irrationally in FOMO.
Flipkart had good offers on laptop.

What do you value in Atlas card, seems pretty ordinary if spends not high ? please explain how do u use it

I think I always knew Axis service would be a disaster but was hoping I'd not have to find out first-hand. It's kind of like dealing with PSUs like BSNL or whatever - cross your fingers and hope you never have to call customer care, because if you do, it all goes to hell very quickly.
 
I made a transaction on Flipkart on 14th July and Haven't received Base reward points for the same. Though, I received base reward points on 15th July for the transactions made till 13th July.

Till what transaction date you have received RP?
I got last for one of the transactions of 16th July.

And somehow with Axis grace, I got travel edge bonus as well (travel is in mid August).
