There is no such thing as Ideal rate.
You can even extract 2 Rs+ value per ER for flights (Business or first class upgrade/ award)

After wasting almost 3 days to find the best Frequent flyer program and where to redeem Airmiles I don't think I can even get more than 1 Rs per ER. Except for accor all others are almost at 0.95Rs per ER

There are a lot of routes where you get more than 1Rs on flights.

how many miles are needed for Delhi-Singapore flight?

You can use krismiles to redeem on Airindia and vistara. Air india one way is flat 12000 krismiles. So using cv miles is cheaper you can get return flight in 12k vistara cv points. Krisflier is expensive domesticly but adds more flexibility.

Flat 12000 for which sector, is it domestic. Please elaborate how to search

Similar experience. Transferred several times this month and all transactions were settled in 2-3 days. Initiated a transfer yesterday and can now see the points have been credited to my ALL account.

Airindia dometic sector. Please refer to star alliance chart on krisflyer website. You can search award flights on krisflyer site click on redeep and punch in the sector. Dontt forget to change the airlines to star alliance on the tab above the search options
