Yes.. But customer care said they cannot see and RM can help. My Rm happens to be Branch manager as well. He said he will talk to his team and get it done
Will this be the process for everyone who has AQB? (CC can't do it and RM should?)

I don't think this is the process. 45 days for me are still not over. regarding offline with RM I will keep you al posted as things progress.
Best bet is still 45 days of AQB or respective eligibility criteria..
 
They will close old magnus but after atleast 30~45 days later of activation of new burgundy magnus. Which admin you are talking about, @Subhankar ? I don't think he hold 3 or more cards when he got upgraded to burgundy magnus through customer care.

You can even get a 4th card from axis through multiple ways, but through customer care upgrade/new card process, you can only get upto 3 cards.
Though don't quote me on this, not sure of axis software if they changed specially for burgundy magnus case or such.

You can give a try after 45 days again!

These criteria's are getting way to complicated now.Only an hour ago I applied to upgrade my account after complaining it through Facebook and now I red if we have more than 3 cards then magnus burgundy can not be taken!!! I already have 4 axis credit cards

Please read my below comment:
You can even get a 4th card from axis through multiple ways, but through customer care upgrade/new card process, you can only get upto 3 cards.
Though don't quote me on this, not sure of axis software if they changed specially for burgundy magnus case or such.
I am not sure if its the reason or not, but it could be one of the reasons why some users aren't able to get the upgrade because this issue will always occur if you try to apply any xyz card from axis through customer care on the basis of your existing cards. You will be denied and they can't apply because it won't allow them to do on their screen!
 
Nothing like that.. You can give a fight. You were not aware about the criteria.. Point is after they informed..did you maintain the balance
I started maintaining the balance 15 days before the actual announcement. But you already know that Axis and Logic doesn't come in the same sentence. Moreover, it is hard to deal with their CC and RMs. I will call them next month if it works then all good else I will move my balance to the original accounts and transfer the remaining points at 5:2. It is not worth the headache given their service.

I called up Axis Bank an hour back. The guy told 30 lacs TRV and I literally blasted him for 10 minutes and asked to connect to his RM. His RM also started giving contradictory answers. Then I blasted him and he confirmed that 10 lacs AQB is good enough. He said they are not able to do it and my RM will do it. I again blasted him. He then said he will write to my RM to check my OGS and enable my new card. . Shared a ticket as well.
Best is I now have recorded audio as well 😎

My Zonal Manager also confirmed it's 10L AQB and he promised me to get the upgrade done 😀 He himself opened a ticket for the resolution! Meeting him tomorrow, I will keep you guys posted!
