Same uruttu from axis, no surprise as they still have my August month AQB value still instead of OCT month AQB. Have sent multiple times with my OGS statements, that dumb team sitting there still doing Math classes how to calculate.

Hey Everyone! This is the day we have been waiting for! 🎉
New eligibility list is updated.

I called Burgundy support, upgrade was available. Provided consent and the upgrade was processed.

Note: The customer care said since I hold 3 cards already, there might be a possibility that the new card might not be generated. If it's not generated till the 23st of November, he asked me to call and immediately cancel one of the other cards.

Anyone who upgraded the card. Did you already have 3 cards and did you have to cancel any card for this upgrade to work?

PS: The agent who upgraded my card was happier than me 😀, he said I received 30 calls since morning for an upgrade and you are the first one to actually get the upgrade.

Whoever was told to wait till November 15th or 25th do call and check, you'll most likely get the upgrade for sure.

I have 3 cards including Magnus, now my old magnus is not showing anymore in netbanking & Burgundy for Magnus is showing for unbox option so I think we should be fine with 3 cards too & I guess previously people confirmed that we can upgrade just fine with 3 cards.

Sad 🙁 Though till yesterday I already lost all hope in M4B and got my ways to have hands on Infinia FYF, so I will be having that soon within next 2 weeks. I won't be continuing with M4B for long too, will just transfer points and shift soon most likely since the interest I am losing on those 10L savings at the moment is more than the fees or the cashback I will be able to fetch through this.

How long did it take for the new card to show up in the app after giving the consent?

Try to open the link from your laptop or a different mobile. Iam assuming you are not using VPN. VPN might be the culprit

I intentionally delayed my Atlas application. Now that M4B is done I will apply for Atlas. Is applying via RM or applying online is better

I applied through agent. It was stuck in processing for 14 days. Then I called customer care, they process the card on call just like M4B by taking OTP consent.

I got Atlas for joining miles because I was short on 4000 miles on 5:2 ratio using my Edge points. I did my first Atlas transaction just 3hours before getting M4B upgrade 😢 Got Atlas through customer care by calling them few days back.

It was a server issue. Called just now again and it went smoothly. Card now showing up in the app. Thanks for the update on this.

Finally the frustrating saga comes to end. Congrats to everyone who got it.

Trust me, he didn't filled it properly. I faced this same issue with my Atlas few days back when the 1st representative didn't created the card properly, so after 30mins I called again and this time it was generated, the representative wasn't having full knowledge, customer-care has to do some operations after you give your consent to get the card showing & generated. Call again and give your consent to a different executive, he will get it done.

Just call again, ask him to do M4B upgrade just like you are calling for first time and let that 2nd executive do the steps, he will get it done.

I did it via airport agent.

Some hiccups but eventually got it.

Did it C2C via Infinia.

I wonder if there is a cooling period after the M4B upgrade?
