I think axis added more brands to this.

Happened to me at Apollo pharmacy.

Thankfully lost only around 3K points, consumed at 19 odd paisa.

Painful, when you apply these points at Rs 5-6 for travel.

No way of retrieving these.

Suggestion:
Always check when using your card to authenticate a transaction at any of Axis’s partners.
We may think we are entering our pin to validate card transaction.
But if the dodos at merchant’s end have chosen points option, we’ll be at our wit’s end once our hard earned points get deducted.

Once you have got the M4B upgrade, wait for 24 hours. 5:4 ratio will get activated on TravelEdge. Do the transfer. Meanwhile don't activate the M4B card until you have transferred the ERs.

Got it. Thanks for the explanation. What if I transfer the Samsung points after I got the Samsung card, when I have the normal magnus. Is it the same scenario or a different one.

Is it possible to transfer Samsung welcome benifit points in 5:4 ratio, after converting to burgundy mangnus

that's a bullshit card.My transactions on this from 9 sep even Haven't received the reward points,been following up with these guys on email they are saying I have received (which I haven't) on call they are saying I haven't received 🤣

Received all my points in Accor today. Used the original mem number (Not Plus & Not Gold) for transfer.

I got them too, without changing my membership number!

Do we need to link miles partner account again? I tried to check transfer ratio now (it's still 5:2 for me) but I see that my previous linked Accor isn't shown on the transfer page. However, it is shown inside "My transactions" under "Link Member" as inactive.

Thanks. Called them up. They said we don't know about eligibility about individual accounts. They asked me to contact the RM, get 2 months' OGS and then send to premium experience email.

This doesn't sound correct! Looks like I just connected with an untrained exec?

I got a email from premium experience saying I am eligibile and to call the helpline to upgrade.The helpline said that you are not eligible and call after 21 Nov.I replied to premium experience team saying regarding the confusion.A new mail comes saying I in not eligible.

My situation is same as yours.

Called Customer care as I cannot see the full card details in Virtual Card. He mentioned we can pay against the old card as well. Also though we have not received any SMS as per him he checked and confirmed that the card was dispatched on 18th October. So most likely tomorrow or day after tomorrow we should get the cards as well.
