Agree, better scratching around here than with traveledge 🙂 We will find better help here than with the Cus Care. The tip to transfer out all points before using the new card is invaluable for the efforts saved back and forth with Cus Care.

Iam waiting for October 23 ER for spends over 1.5 lacs. .which should be anytime between now and 15th Dec. I will activate my M4B only after that. . Risking my Nov 23 ER above 1.5 lacs..Have no option either No spends on any Axis card. Only Infinia till 15th Dec.
August 25 K has also been transferred to Kris Miles 🙂

No confirmation as such. Most likely can happen. But in the recent emails where they said we are now eligible the specifically asked to upgrade before 30th Nov. The email can be just a template email as well.. keep chasing you can get before 30rh Nov as well as there is one more refresh planned

I tried for 2 hours yesterday night..I failed. Today I was was successful in 30 minutes 🙂

Yes. I have been asked to check again after 24th Nov. I doubt though I will be eligible as my OGS is not yet generated. Only hope is if the deadline is extended or if my RM can apply via backend before 30th Nov.

I received the points for Aug mile stone and 7 lakh spent in the standard bucket. Somehow I have around 2k points in the Magnus bucket. Now If I try to do a transfer it shows that I can transfer only 2k points. Don't understand what is going on.

I just called the customer care. He asked me to wait till the old Magnus card is blocked (45 days after the M4B is received). Once the old Magnus card is blocked, all the existing points will be available for conversion at 5:4.

I called last week as well, and got the exact same information. Suggest you to wait till then.

For me this is not the case, haven't unboxed the M4B yet but ratio is 5:4, for recently added ER accumulated on old Varian which is still active.

Yes, ratio will be 5:4 till 1-2 days after the card is activated. Once the new card is activated and you receive points from the new card, the segregation will kick in, and the old Edge reward points will no longer be available for transfer at 5:4.

Then, you must wait 45 days till the old card is blocked.

customer care told me he is getting error of not being true burgundy,2 days back they transferred me to another team for upgrade and he asked to wait 😩🤣. Rm is on vacations and axis customer care is hopeless,kya kare ye milestone points ka!
