Axis Magnus Magnus reward points not received

Hello All,

Recently I received my Magnus card. I purchased Amazon pay voucher from gyftr portal. In statement, they mentioned reward points as 0. Will they credit them in future or should I contact customer care?

Generally 1X reward points are credited within a week and Bonus edge rewards within 90 to 120 days .. but specifically this month Axis has sent out SMS saying point credit will be delayed till 26th this month.. with Axis please learn patience🙂

I haven't even received the SMS. What a shitty infrastructure. How hard is to build a reliable system for a big bank like Axis.
