I misplaced my Magnus card 🙁
I blocked the card and asked for replacement using the app. I did not get any acknowledgement (which I expected given the way things are at Axis). I called them and they confirmed that the card is blocked and a replacement has been initiated. They said that it takes 15 days to get the replacement. Is that true? Isn't it too long?
