Magnus: time to get replacement card

I misplaced my Magnus card 🙁
I blocked the card and asked for replacement using the app. I did not get any acknowledgement (which I expected given the way things are at Axis). I called them and they confirmed that the card is blocked and a replacement has been initiated. They said that it takes 15 days to get the replacement. Is that true? Isn't it too long?

that is maximum time they told you, customer service person act like a bot, they just read what they are given
delivery will depend on your location
it could arrive in 2-3 days also if you live in metro cities
