Make Credit card Payments Using Any RUPAY credit card

Steps to Make Credit card Payments Using Any RUPAY credit card
(Only for Samsung devices)

  1. Open Samsung Wallet.
  2. Navigate to All.
  3. Select Bills & Recharge.
  4. Under Credit Card, choose your credit card. (Note: Only a few banks are listed, not all BBPS banks.)
  5. Enter the amount or opt for full payment. (Tip: Start with a small amount for testing.)
  6. Select Use another UPI app.
  7. Choose a UPI app linked to your RuPay credit card. (Preferably use the SuperMoney app for extra cashback.)
  8. Enter your UPI PIN.
Important: Once you’ve entered your UPI PIN, do not take any further action in the UPI app. Wait on the same page until it redirects you back to the Samsung Wallet page. If you click "OK" or take any other action in the UPI app, the transaction may fail.
 
In the Play Store, it's showing version 2.5.53, but in the app settings on my device, it's showing 5.8.33
Samsung apps including Samsung Wallet are auto-updated through Galaxy Apps (Samsung's Playstore like app).

If someone is having trouble installing Samsung Wallet from the Playstore, I suggest using Galaxy Apps to download it. Samsung wallet showed unavailable for my mother's phone on Playstore but was able to download it from Galaxy Apps.
 
i recd the refund..phew...never gonna try this again...
I did 2 txns worth 1000 each on 30th Dec.
1) Used CRED. Txn success on CRED but failed on Samsung Wallet.
2) Used on GPay. Txn success on GPay and Samsung Wallet as well but not credited to credit card account.

Where should I raise complaint manually? Refund is automatic? If yes, then how many working days?

To my surprise, I do not see the credit card registered on Samsung Wallet anymore. Nor can I see these transactions in history.

Within 14 business working days and it's automated, if not reversed automatic then raise complaint with Wallet support

i got refund after 3-4 bus days....

in exact same dilema, shouldnt have done it
 
this samsung wallet is crazy....few days ago i paid 1 re from a bank account.....still haven't recd confirmation from of credit of 1 re...so just ditch this app as even payments from regular bank accounts are not getting thru...
